This policy explains what personal data Wairo collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over your information.
We collect your name, email address, and password when you register. If you enable face recognition, we also process a biometric embedding derived from your selfie. We store which event albums you have joined, your photo purchases, and your favourites.
Your data is used to operate the platform: authenticating your account, delivering photos that match your face, sending purchase confirmations and photo-ready notifications, and providing customer support.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by visiting your Account settings or contacting us at [email protected]. You can withdraw biometric consent and permanently erase your selfie from the Consent section of your account.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data within 30 days.
